Grilled Chicken Bacon Ranch Wraps

2 large chicken breasts

4 strips of bacon

4 large flour tortillas (10-inch)

1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped

1 medium tomato, diced

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup ranch dressing

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and pepper, to taste

Optional: Sliced avocado or guacamole for added flavor

Instructions
 

Prepare the Chicken: Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

    Grill the Chicken: Place the seasoned chicken breasts on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing it into thin strips.

      Cook the Bacon: While the chicken is resting, cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove from the skillet and place on a paper towel to drain excess grease.

        Assemble the Wraps: Lay out a flour tortilla on a clean surface. Spread 2 tablespoons of ranch dressing in the center of the tortilla. Layer with chopped romaine lettuce, diced tomato, grilled chicken strips, crispy bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese.

          Wrap it Up: Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then tightly roll it from the bottom up to form a wrap. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and fillings.

            Grill the Wraps (Optional): For a crispy finish, place the wraps seam-side down on the grill for about 2-3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
