Grilled Chicken Caesar Wraps

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

4 large flour tortillas or whole wheat wraps

2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped

½ cup Caesar dressing

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

½ cup croutons (optional, for crunch)

Lemon wedges (for garnish)

Marinate the Chicken: In a medium bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken breasts and coat evenly. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes for best flavor.

    Grill the Chicken: Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium heat. Remove chicken from marinade and grill for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove from grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

      Prepare the Wraps: Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean surface. Evenly distribute the chopped romaine lettuce on each tortilla, leaving space at the edges for folding.

        Add Dressings and Chicken: Drizzle Caesar dressing over the lettuce, then add sliced grilled chicken on top. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese and croutons (if using) for added texture.

          Wrap it Up: Starting from one edge, roll the tortilla tightly around the filling. Fold the sides in as you roll to create a secure wrap. Repeat with remaining tortillas and fillings.
