2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced

1/2 cup Greek yogurt

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 teaspoon honey (optional)

1/4 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped

1/4 cup fresh basil, finely chopped

1/4 cup fresh dill, finely chopped

1/4 cup celery, finely diced

1/4 cup red onion, finely diced

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Juice of 1 lemon

Mixed greens or lettuce for garnish

Optional: Sliced avocado for topping

Prepare the Chicken: If not using pre-cooked chicken, poach or grill the chicken breast until fully cooked, then let it cool. Shred or dice the chicken into bite-sized pieces.

    Make the Dressing: In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, honey (if using), lemon juice, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix until smooth and creamy.

      Mix the Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, add the shredded chicken, chopped parsley, basil, dill, celery, and red onion. Pour the dressing over the mixture and gently fold until all the ingredients are well-coated.
