1 ready-made pizza crust (store-bought or homemade)

2 medium ripe peaches, thinly sliced

1 cup fresh mozzarella cheese, shredded

1/2 cup goat cheese, crumbled

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon honey

1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves (or 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme)

1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Fresh arugula (for garnish, optional)

Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) and place the pizza stone or baking sheet inside to heat.

    Prepare the crust: Roll out or stretch the pizza dough into a 12-inch circle on a floured surface if using homemade dough. If using ready-made crust, simply place it on parchment paper or a lightly floured pizza peel for easy transfer.

      Apply olive oil: Brush the top of the pizza crust with olive oil, ensuring it’s evenly coated.

        Layer the cheese: Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the crust, followed by the crumbled goat cheese.

          Add peaches: Arrange the sliced peaches on top of the cheese, spacing them evenly.
