1 can (16 oz) refrigerated pizza dough

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup mini pepperoni slices

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tsp dried oregano

1 tsp garlic powder

1 egg (for egg wash)

2 tbsp butter (melted)

Pizza sauce (for dipping)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Prepare the Dough: Open the can of refrigerated pizza dough and unroll it on a lightly floured surface. Cut the dough into 2-inch squares.

      Assemble the Pizza Bombs: For each piece of dough, place about 1 tablespoon of shredded mozzarella cheese and 5-6 mini pepperoni slices in the center. Sprinkle a pinch of grated Parmesan cheese, dried oregano, and garlic powder on top.

        Seal the Bombs: Carefully fold the corners of the dough square towards the center, pinching the edges to seal completely. Make sure the filling is enclosed tightly.

          Prepare for Baking: Place the pizza bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops of each bomb lightly with the melted butter, and use a knife to make a small slit on the top of each for steam to escape.

            Egg Wash: In a small bowl, beat the egg and brush the egg wash over the tops of the pizza bombs for a golden finish.

              Bake: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the pizza bombs are golden brown and cooked through.

                Serve: Remove from the oven and let cool for a couple of minutes. Serve warm with pizza sauce on the side for dipping.
