2 cups fresh or frozen corn (thawed if frozen)

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 can (4 oz) diced jalapeños, drained (adjust for spice preference)

1/4 cup chopped green onions

1 clove garlic, minced

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon chili powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Tortilla chips or fresh veggies for serving

Instructions
 

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Mix Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Use a hand mixer or spatula to break up any lumps and mix until smooth.
