2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

2 oz cream cheese, softened

2 large eggs

1 cup almond flour

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp Italian seasoning

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

1 tbsp olive oil (for greasing)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Optional: marinara sauce for dipping

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly grease it with olive oil.

    Melt the Cheeses: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave on high for 30 seconds, stir well, and repeat until the cheeses are completely melted and combined (usually around 1-2 minutes total).

      Mix the Dough: In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt. Add the melted cheese mixture to the egg mixture and stir until well combined. Gradually add the almond flour and mix until a dough forms. If needed, use your hands to knead the dough to ensure everything is fully combined.

        Shape the Breadsticks: Transfer the dough to the prepared baking sheet. Using your hands, press the dough into a rectangle about 1/2 inch thick. You can also use a rolling pin to achieve a more even thickness. Using a sharp knife or a pizza cutter, score the dough into 8-10 equal strips, but do not cut all the way through.
