2 cups broccoli florets

1 cup baby carrots, halved

1 cup bell peppers (mix of red, yellow, and orange), diced

1 cup zucchini, sliced into half-moons

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

Zest of 1 lemon

Juice of 1 lemon
