Ingredients

12 oz fettuccine pasta

1 lb ground beef

2 cups heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1 cup diced tomatoes

1/2 cup diced pickles

1/4 cup diced onions

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp smoked paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving about 1/2 cup of pasta water.

Brown the Beef: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the olive oil. Once hot, add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spatula. Season with Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Add the diced onions and garlic; cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the onions are softened.

Make the Alfredo Sauce: Lower the heat to medium and add the heavy cream to the skillet with the cooked ground beef. Stir continuously as the cream heats up. Gradually incorporate the grated Parmesan cheese, allowing it to melt smoothly into the cream. Once melted, add the shredded cheddar cheese and stir until fully incorporated and creamy.

Combine Pasta and Sauce: Add the drained fettuccine to the skillet, tossing it in the cheeseburger Alfredo sauce. If the sauce is too thick, gradually add some reserved pasta water until you reach the desired consistency.

Add Loaded Toppings: Stir in the diced tomatoes and pickles, mixing well to combine all ingredients. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.

Serve and Garnish: Serve the Loaded Cheeseburger Alfredo Pasta hot, garnishing with freshly chopped parsley for a pop of color. Enjoy your cheesy, indulgent creation!
