1 French baguette

8 oz Brie cheese (remove the rind if desired)

1/4 cup honey

1/4 cup walnuts, chopped

1/4 cup dried cranberries

1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped (or 1/2 tsp dried)

Salt and pepper to taste

Olive oil, for drizzling

Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Prepare the Baguette: Slice the French baguette into 1-inch thick pieces. Arrange them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

      Prepare the Brie: Cut the Brie cheese into small chunks or slices, depending on your preference.

        Stuff the Baguette Slices: Place a piece of Brie cheese on each baguette slice. Drizzle a bit of honey over the Brie.

          Add Toppings: Sprinkle chopped walnuts, dried cranberries, and fresh rosemary over the Brie and honey. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
