Salt and pepper, to taste

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (for topping)

Prep the Baguette: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice the baguette diagonally into 1-inch thick slices, creating about 10-12 pieces. Arrange the slices on a baking sheet.
