1 cup milk

1 large egg

2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

6 slices of cooked bacon (or sausage patties)

4 large eggs

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: cheese slices (cheddar or American)

For Assembly:

Maple syrup for drizzling

Prepare the Pancake Batter:

    - In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

      - In another bowl, combine the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Whisk until well blended.

        - Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined; do not overmix.
