1 loaf of whole grain bread, sliced

1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded

1 cup hummus (your choice of flavor)

1 cup cucumbers, sliced into thin rounds

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your favorite), cubed

1 cup baby spinach leaves

1 cup cooked bacon, cut into small pieces (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

Toothpick or small skewers

Instructions
 

Prepare the Bread:

    - Using a cookie cutter or knife, cut the bread slices into small squares or circles.

      - Lightly toast the bread pieces in a skillet to add a bit of crunch.
