6 large eggs

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

2 cups frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed

12 slider buns (small soft dinner rolls)

1/4 cup milk

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)

Cooking spray or olive oil (for greasing)

Fresh chives or parsley, finely chopped (for garnish)

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish or a rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray or olive oil.

    Cook the Sausage: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until browned and crispy, breaking it apart with a spatula as it cooks. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
