1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup diced bell peppers (any color)

1/4 cup diced zucchini

1/4 cup sliced black olives

1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Prepare the Tortilla: Lay the flour tortilla flat on a clean surface or cutting board. This will serve as your base for the roll-up.
