Prepare the Chicken Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper (if using). Mix well until the chicken is evenly coated with the dressing and seasonings.

    Add Veggies and Cheese: Stir in the shredded cheese, chopped bell peppers, and green onions. Ensure all ingredients are well distributed throughout the mixture.

      Assemble the Roll-Ups: Lay one flour tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spoon a generous amount of the chicken mixture onto the center of the tortilla, spreading it out evenly but leaving a margin at the edges.
