8 oz egg noodles

3 tbsp soy sauce

2 tbsp oyster sauce

1 tbsp hoisin sauce

1 tbsp cornstarch

1/2 cup beef broth

1 tbsp vegetable oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp fresh ginger, minced

1 small onion, sliced

1 red bell pepper, sliced

2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Salt and pepper to taste

Cook the Noodles: In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the egg noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

    Prepare the Sauce: In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, cornstarch, and beef broth. Stir until smooth and set aside.

      Cook the Beef: In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.

        Add Aromatics: Stir in the minced garlic and ginger, cooking for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

          Vegetable Time: Add the sliced onion and red bell pepper to the skillet, cooking for about 3-4 minutes until they are softened.
