Ingredients

1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

½ cup unsalted butter, melted

¼ cup granulated sugar

1 cup cream cheese, softened

½ cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 ripe bananas, sliced

1 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip)

½ cup chocolate syrup (for drizzling)

½ cup crushed pineapple, drained

¼ cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Maraschino cherries for garnish

Instructions

Prepare the Base: In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Mix until well blended. Press this mixture evenly into the bottom of an 8x8-inch baking dish to form a firm crust. Refrigerate for 10-15 minutes to set.

Make the Cream Cheese Layer: In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until fully incorporated.

Layer Ingredients: Spread the cream cheese mixture over the chilled graham cracker crust evenly. Layer the sliced bananas on top of the cream cheese layer.

Add Whipped Topping: Spread the whipped topping evenly over the bananas. Then, spoon the drained crushed pineapple over the whipped topping, ensuring even distribution.

Drizzle and Sprinkle: Drizzle chocolate syrup generously over the pineapple layer. If using, sprinkle chopped walnuts on top for added crunch.

Chill and Set: Cover the bars with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set. The longer they chill, the easier they will be to cut and serve.

Serve: Once chilled, cut the bars into squares and garnish each with a maraschino cherry on top. Enjoy your delightful No-Bake Banana Split Bars!
