1 cup oats (old-fashioned or quick oats)

1/2 cup almond butter (or any nut butter of your choice)

1/3 cup pure honey or maple syrup

1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (dark or milk chocolate)

1/4 cup ground flaxseed (optional for extra fiber)

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)

A pinch of sea salt

1/4 cup shredded coconut (optional for coating)

Instructions
 

Mix Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats, almond butter, honey, chocolate chips, ground flaxseed, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and a pinch of sea salt. Stir until all ingredients are evenly mixed.
