No-Bake S’mores Fudge Bars

S'mores Delight Fudge Bars are a dreamy and nostalgic no-bake treat that combines the delicious flavors of traditional s'mores into an easy-to-make dessert. With layers of graham cracker crumbs, rich chocolate, and fluffy marshmallows, these fudge bars capture the essence of campfire fun. 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1 cup powdered sugar

½ cup unsalted butter, melted

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup mini marshmallows

1 cup milk chocolate chips

½ cup crushed graham crackers (for topping)

½ cup mini chocolate chips (for topping)

Prepare the Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, and powdered sugar. Stir until well mixed.

    Add Wet Ingredients: Pour in the melted butter and vanilla extract. Mix until the ingredients are well combined and form a thick dough-like consistency.

      Press into Pan: Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper, letting some hang over the edges for easy removal. Press the mixture firmly and evenly into the bottom of the dish.

        Add Marshmallows: Sprinkle the mini marshmallows over the pressed graham cracker base, distributing them evenly.

          Melt the Chocolate: In a small microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.

            Combine & Spread: Pour the melted chocolate over the marshmallow layer, using a spatula to carefully spread it out until well covered.

              Top the Bars: Sprinkle the crushed graham crackers and mini chocolate chips on top of the melted chocolate. Gently press them down to ensure they stick.

                Chill: Place the dish in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or until the fudge bars are set.
