4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs

2 cups broccoli florets

1 medium onion, finely chopped

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup chicken broth

1 teaspoon dried thyme

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon butter

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Prepare the Chicken: Season the chicken thighs with salt, pepper, paprika, and thyme.

    Sear the Chicken: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and butter over medium heat. Once hot, add the chicken thighs and sear for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

      Sauté Onions and Garlic: In the same skillet, add the chopped onion and cook until translucent (about 3-4 minutes). Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

        Create the Sauce: Pour in the chicken broth and bring it to a simmer. Scrape up any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet for added flavor. Add the heavy cream and stir well to combine.
