Ingredients

2 cups elbow macaroni

4 cups water

1 cup whole milk

2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

½ cup cream cheese, softened

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 cup mixed fruits (e.g., diced strawberries, blueberries, and pineapple)

½ cup mini pepperoni slices

¼ cup chopped fresh basil

½ cup crushed graham crackers (for topping)

Optional: additional cheese for topping

Instructions

Cook Macaroni: In a large pot, add the elbow macaroni and the water. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking. Cook the macaroni until al dente, about 6-8 minutes.

Drain & Add Milk: Once the macaroni is cooked, drain any excess water but do not rinse. Return the pot to the stove and reduce the heat to low. Add in the whole milk and give it a good stir.

Incorporate Cheeses: Gradually mix in the shredded sharp cheddar, mozzarella, and cream cheese. Stir continuously until all the cheeses are melted and the sauce becomes creamy.

Season: Sprinkle in the garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning. Mix well to combine all flavors.

Add Fruits & Pepperoni: Carefully fold in the mixed fruits and mini pepperoni slices into the creamy mac and cheese, ensuring that everything is evenly distributed.

Garnish: Top the mac and cheese with fresh basil and a sprinkle of crushed graham crackers for a hint of sweetness. If desired, add additional cheese on top and allow it to melt slightly.

Serve: Dish out the One-Pot Fruit Pizza Mac and Cheese into bowls and enjoy it warm!
