Ingredients

1 cup thinly sliced prosciutto

1 cup thinly sliced salami

1 cup smoked turkey breast, sliced

1 cup firm cheese (e.g., aged cheddar or gouda), cubed

1 cup creamy cheese (e.g., brie or camembert), sliced

1 cup mixed olives (green and black)

1 cup assorted nuts (e.g., almonds, walnuts, pecans)

1 cup fresh seasonal fruits (e.g., grapes, figs, sliced apples)

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped

1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves

1 tablespoon fresh basil, finely chopped

Sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste

Optional: honey or balsamic glaze for drizzling

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Prepare Herbs: In a small bowl, mix together the fresh rosemary, thyme, and basil with olive oil. Set aside.

Assemble Ingredients: Arrange the sliced prosciutto, salami, and smoked turkey breast on a large baking sheet or roasting tray. Scatter the cubed firm cheese and sliced creamy cheese around the meats.

Add Olives and Nuts: Place the mixed olives and assorted nuts on the tray, spreading them out evenly.

Drizzle with Herb Oil: Using a brush or spoon, drizzle the prepared herb oil over the entire arrangement. Sprinkle with sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper.

Roast in the Oven: Place the tray in the preheated oven and roast for about 15-20 minutes, until the meats are slightly crispy and the cheeses are warm and gooey. Keep an eye on it to ensure nothing burns.

Add Fresh Fruits: During the last 5 minutes of roasting, add the fresh seasonal fruits to the tray, allowing them to warm slightly without overcooking.

Serve: Remove the tray from the oven and allow it to cool slightly. Optionally, drizzle with honey or balsamic glaze for a touch of sweetness. Serve warm with crusty bread or crackers.
