Ingredients

2 lbs chicken wings

3 tablespoons smoked paprika

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust for heat preference)

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons honey

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Lime wedges (for serving)

Instructions

Prep the Chicken Wings:

    - In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings and olive oil. Toss to coat the wings evenly.

      Mix the Seasoning:

        - In a separate bowl, mix the smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Sprinkle this seasoning mix over the wings and toss until they are fully coated.

          Marinate the Wings:

            - Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let the wings marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or overnight for deeper flavor.

              Preheat the Oven:

                - Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top.

                  Bake the Wings:

                    - Arrange the marinated wings on the wire rack. Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are crispy and golden brown.

                      Prepare the Garlic Glaze:

                        - While the wings are baking, prepare the garlic glaze. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the minced garlic, honey, and apple cider vinegar. Cook for about 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly until the garlic is fragrant and soft but not browned. Remove from heat.

                          Coat the Wings:

                            - Once the wings are done baking, remove them from the oven. Drizzle the garlic glaze over the wings, tossing them gently to ensure they are well coated.

                              Serve:

                                - Transfer the wings to a serving platter. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve with lime wedges on the side.
