4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs

1/4 cup Sriracha sauce

1/4 cup honey

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon rice vinegar

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Marinate the Chicken: In a mixing bowl, combine Sriracha sauce, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Mix well to create a marinade. Add the chicken thighs, ensuring they are thoroughly coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for maximum flavor.

    Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Prepare a baking dish by lightly greasing it with olive oil.

      Bake the Chicken: Remove the marinated chicken from the fridge and place it in the prepared baking dish. Pour any leftover marinade over the top. Season with a little salt and pepper.
