1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut

1 cup raw pistachios, shelled and finely chopped

1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk

1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Additional shredded coconut (for rolling)

Prepare the Pistachios: In a food processor, pulse the shelled pistachios until finely chopped but not ground into a paste. Set aside a small amount for garnish.

    Mix the Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the unsweetened shredded coconut, finely chopped pistachios, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, almond extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix all the ingredients together until fully combined.
