Ingredients

1 cup plain Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon dried dill

1 teaspoon dried parsley

½ teaspoon salt (or to taste)

¼ teaspoon black pepper (or to taste)

¼ teaspoon smoked paprika (optional, for a smoky touch)

Chopped fresh chives or green onions for garnish (optional)

Instructions

In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and mayonnaise. Stir until smooth and creamy.

Add the fresh lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, dried dill, dried parsley, salt, and black pepper. If you’re using smoked paprika, add that now too.

Mix all the ingredients well until fully combined, ensuring no lumps remain.

Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary, adding more salt, pepper, or lemon juice according to your preference.

For best flavor, cover the bowl and refrigerate the dip for at least 30 minutes to allow the herbs to infuse into the yogurt.

Before serving, give the dip a good stir and garnish with chopped chives or green onions if desired.

Serve with fresh vegetable sticks, pita chips, or use as a dressing for salads.
