1 banana, sliced

¼ cup granola (optional)

Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Begin by carefully slicing the watermelon into 1-inch thick rounds. Choose a round section that is as even and flat as possible to create a pizza base. Discard or save the extra flesh for snacks.

    In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix well until smooth and creamy.

      Place the watermelon rounds on a large serving platter or cutting board. Using a spatula, generously spread the yogurt mixture over the top of each watermelon slice, leaving a small border around the edges to mimic pizza crust.

        Arrange the fresh strawberries, blueberries, and banana slices artistically on top of the yogurt-topped watermelon. Feel free to get creative with the placement!
