2 tablespoons Greek yogurt

1 medium cucumber, thinly sliced

4 slices of hearty whole-grain bread (like sourdough or multigrain)

Fresh dill or mint leaves, for garnish

Optional: red pepper flakes for a spicy kick

Prepare the Whipped Feta: In a medium mixing bowl, combine the crumbled feta cheese, softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
